[Qrow is not always someone above trying to get the last word in an argument, but he's tired. This whole situation's worn on him, and he can't summon the energy to chase after it as the conversation comes to a close. Instead, he merely rolls his eyes, and once Sasuke's left him to his devices, he gets back to what he came for -- trying to drink himself into an oblivion that forgets, at least for the moment, all the things that are making him miserable.
